  4. How do I change my password?

    To change your password, visit this link, type in your new password, re-type to confirm it, and click the "Save" button. You can do this as often as you'd like.

  5. What are notifications by email?

    Notifications by email are messages sent to your email address that alert you when you receive a message or new match on MyzChats while offline.

  6. Can I stop receiving notifications?

  7. I have a new email address. How do I update this on my account?

  8. I deleted my profile, but now I want to have it back. How?

    If you deleted your profile, there is unfortunately no way to restore it. However, if you deactivated your profile, simply login to your account and it will be reactivated.

  9. What do I do if I get an “incorrect password” message?

    First make sure your caps lock is off and that you've entered everything correctly. If that's all set, try closing the browser and opening it again or clearing the cache. If it still does not work, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the on the Log in page and follow the directions.
